Seller warrants clear title to the land and timber. Land owner is responsible for all property boundary lines. The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
Seller has not, and will not, enter into any other contracts involving logs or timber. In the event original owner and seller desires to sell above mentioned farm or property and timber belonging to Cherry Creek Forestry LLC, has not been removed, he must reserve same in Deed to new owner, showing Cherry Creek Forestry LLC, as owning said timber. If encumbered, written by lien holder will be obtained by seller and furnished purchaser. Otherwise purchaser shall make payment by check to the joint order of owner and lien holder. Purchaser or his assigns may enter lands of seller for purpose of cutting and removing timber. Seller to furnish right of way to timber purchased for ingress and egress, same to be upon a route acceptance to purchaser.
